The Human Resources Department belongs to the John T.Essberger BV and is located in Dordrecht, The Netherlands. The department is responsible for 58 employees working within the shipping company in Dordrecht.

John Putter - Managing Director Human Resources - Overall responsibility for all crewing activities within the DAL/JTE group & HR–activities in Dordrecht
Klaas S. de Wit - Manager Human Resources & Crewing - Overall control of all HR and Crewing activities in Dordrecht
Marieta van Verk - Human Resources - Actively supports the Director HR Responsible for HR related issues, e.g. recruiting
Maria Tavares - Responsible for HR related issues, e.g. assessments, counselling Crew changes Chemical Tankers
Janet Westerhout - Responsible for the administration of all HR processes
Angelique Reynolds - Crewing
Sandra Waterhouse - Crew changes Chemical Tankers, planning
Anita Meijer - Accounting Responsible for all issues regarding salary payment, crew wages, allotments
